During the 1930s in Des Moines, Iowa, Hubert Ver Mehren operated a business that produced patterns and kits of his original pieced medallions, blocks, and complex borders, as well as many embroidery designs. This presentation will explore all his work and why his contributions to the quilt world remained unrecognized for many years.
Friday, July 20, 2018, 9:30- 10:30am, Sunnycrest Baptist Church, Marion, IN.
